Cancellation Policy
Golden Lion understands that situations can arise, however, we request that you send a 30-day notice through our email,info@www.goldenlioncleaningservices.ca to inform us about the cancellation. Failure to perform a proper cancellation can lead to clients paying total amount owing for the services being charged for the current month.
If our workers arrive within the designated premises at the allotted time but does not find sufficient entry within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, our worker reserves the right to leave the premises and you will be charged up to 75% of the payment for the visit.
